It is hard to discern which one between Serta and Sealy offers the better mattress brands. Though they have been pitted against each other since time immemorial, it is difficult to find an absolute accounting as to the best one.

You will likely encounter a sales representative that will tell you Sealy latex mattress do not have substantial latex. It does not go from one end to the other while Serta has an advanced open cell structure in their latex mattress.
Don't believe everything the sales representative as they are likely to push the lesser brands more due to the tight competition in selling Sealy mattresses. All latex have open cell structure because that is what makes it a latex mattress.

Choose the one with a bigger hole structure inside and you can feel more comfort and support in sleeping in that latex bed. Before heading straight to the mattress store, do your research first and find out more about the construction of each latex mattress.
Durability
There are many comments from unsatisfied Serta consumers saying that their latex mattress has started to sag. The ends have already started to dip. Sealy do not have that much complain with their latex mattress maybe because they have integrated a latex core. The latex core has usually undergone the Dunlop manufacturing methods as this is sturdier and firmer. It prevents mattress sagging and dipping.
Customer Service
This is again another part where Sealy wins the game. Serta will have to charge you with a fee just to have your mattress shipped back or have someone check how severe the damage really is. You will find Sealy customer service easier to talk to as they are more accommodating in your mattress problems.
Sealy also offers a slightly shorter warranty service. In the mattress industry, that is more ideal as most companies who offer a long warranty service are only doing to put you at ease into thinking they will help you out for a longer period of time. Go for the one with an accommodating customer service.
Sealy is flat-out a better option. If you want to buy a mattress, go for this company instead. But whatever mattress brand you choose, it is better to think twice, even three times and do your own research so you can eliminate choosing a substandard mattress.
